Arushi Malik is a Law Graduate of the 2021 batch of BA.LLB from O.P. Jindal Global University. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental law, Energy and Climate Change from WWF in collaboration with O.P. Jindal Global University. Her core interest areas include Environmental Protection, Environmental Governance and Disaster Management. Prior to ELDF, she worked with Centre for Science and Environment under the Industrial Pollution Unit where she undertook data collection and analysis on Minamata Convention and Mercury Pollutuon in Africa. Surya Gupta is an alumnus of Jindal Global Law School, Sonepat. Prior to joining ELDF, he worked as a Law Officer in Central Zoo Authority, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change wherein he advised and handled several litigations pertaining to wildlife and environmental matters. Surya has a keen interest in exploring and contributing to the forest rights and climate change discourse in India.

Meghna Sharma is a Law graduate of 2021 Batch from Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA. She holds a Masters Degree in Environment and Natural Resources Law from TERI School of Advanced Studies. Her core interest areas include Environment Impact Assessment, Building and Construction and Mining. She has previously worked in the Chambers of AOR Aman Hingorani and has practised in civil, constitutional and animal rights laws.
Along with litigation, she has a keen interest in research and policy.

Sparsh Peter is a dedicated legal professional who has pursued her passion for environmental litigation and consultancy. She earned her LL.B. degree from the prestigious Faculty of Law at the University of Delhi, known for its excellence in legal education. Sparsh further honed her expertise by completing an LL.M. in Environment and Natural Resources Law from the TERI School of Advanced Studies, where she gained specialized knowledge in the field.
Currently, Sparsh Peter is working on making a significant impact in the field of environmental law as she works with the Enviro Legal Defence Firm. Her role in the firm allows her to apply her legal acumen and deep understanding of environmental issues to help clients navigate complex environmental litigation and consulting matters.
Sparsh’s educational background, coupled with her commitment to environmental causes, positions her as a valuable resource in the ever-growing realm of environmental law and policy.
